Emma Robinson - Sales Executive

I was born in Woodlands, Doncaster & went to St Catherine McAuley School until I was 18. After studying for my A Levels I moved to Scarborough to attend ‘York University’, Scarborough Campus. There, I studied ‘Applied Business Management’ for 2 years. I joined the Crown Spa Hotel team in November, 2004 as a receptionist. During the 3 1/2 years working here, I have completed various courses relating to my job. I have gained GNVQ Customer Service Levels 1, 2 & 3. I have an ECDL in general computing & have recently attended a Course in Marketing. I am now employed as a Sales Executive, as part of the Sales & Marketing Team, taking care of our Travel Agents & Corporate Clients. I thoroughly enjoy the wide variety of work that my job role entails, meeting new guests, organising parties & especially the gorgeous sea view from my office window!!
