Toni Midwinter Front Office Manager

Originally from Leeds I have spent most of my life growing up on the Yorkshire coast.
After experimenting in a number of careers which included Beauty therapy & Antiques dealing I decided to give the Leisure industry a try and have never looked back.
I worked at the near by Primrose Valley Holiday centre for many years in a number of different and challenging roles.
In 1999 I decided to move into the hotel sector and started work at The Hotel St. Nicholas in Scarborough as a receptionist, throughout my 8 years there I progressed up to Rooms Revenue Manager where I developed my Career under a number of different hotel chains.
I joined The Crown Spa team as I believe that the hotel is unique to the Yorkshire Coast, I am very proud to work here and to be part of the hotel's exciting future.

The best part of my role is the people you meet and relationships you develop, I also like the fact that everyday is different, but thats hotels for you.

In my spare time I enjoy live music events, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
