Jonathan Groves - Assistant F&B Manager

Whilst studying for a degree at Coventry University, I began working part time at the Crown Spa Hotel in 2000, as a bar tender. Upon completing my degree, I decided this industry was what I wanted to concentrate on and began working full time with the Crown Spa Hotel Scarborough in 2004. After a successful move to the restaurant as a supervisor I have slowly progressed to restaurant manager and then becoming Assistant F&B manager overseeing the running of Taste Bar and Taste Restaurant along side weddings, functions and private parties.
Working along side the F&B manager we helped get the Hotel to it's 4 star status, making the Crown Spa Hotel the premier hotel in Scarborough.
