My husband and I have just come back from a beautiful weekend at the Crown Spa in Scarborough, The staff could not do enough for you and made you feel incredibly welcome. I had a treatment in the spa and the girls were all so very very friendly. We dined at Taste, lovely menu, great flavours very pleasurable experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, P.S Try out the afternoon tea!

I will not hesitate to recommend Crown SPA as the place to stay and will chose it as my preference in future travels.

Fantastic hotel (apart from the building work on the outside, which you were warned about when booking). Beautiful rooms over looking the cliff and the sea, beautiful surrounding area.
Quiet and relaxed hotel, nothing was ever too much bother.

Many thanks for an enjoyable stay. There have been some real improvments since our last visit some years ago when family and friends stayed for our wedding at the Spa. The bedroom we stayed in was well furnished, clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The staff were on the whole very helpful and made our stay relaxing and pleasant. In particular the bar staff who were servicing the lounge area during the day and evening were very friendly and helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

I work all over the country, and stay in many hotels. This one had a distinct disadvantage from the start as it was clad in scaffolding, something not stated on late rooms when I booked. However, the hotel itself made up for this from the start, firstly by ackowledging the problem with a welcome pack and an apologetic letter

We stayed for one night only. The staff were polite and accommodating. The lounge reception area was very comfortable and the bar meals were very nice. The hotel was very clean throughout and the room was spacious with the modern decor to a very high quality.

The hotel has a fabulous position at the top of the cliff over looking the bay - it was gorgeous.
Th staff were really friendly and professional, the room very clean with the food being excellent quality.
The leisure facilities were varied and lovely.
I would have liked to have extended my stay!

Very, Very attentive staff, excellent housekeeping, excellent food in Taste, good room service, because of our workload we are away 34 weekends a year. We stay in hotels throughout England and occasionally in Paris! Our stay in your hotel has been the highlight of our year. Thank You!!
